Pellini Espresso Bar Vivace Italian espresso coffee is a blend of Arabica beans with a subtle hint of Robusta. The proportion of 80/20 gives the coffee an intense flavor but is devoid of acidity and bitterness. It is perfect for both espresso and milk coffees.
A balanced and slightly spicy flavor. There is also a distinct nutty aftertaste, without a hint of undesirable acidity and excess bitterness. The slowly roasted beans acquire a strong flavor that is characteristic of Pellini coffees.
Tips
For Espresso making you need a fine grind coffee (level 1-3) for Cold brew you need a semi coarse grind coffee (Level 6-8) and for French coffee you need a coarse grind coffee (level 9-10), level of grinding always depends on the type of your grinder!
The special vent in the package keeps the beans fresh. Keep the package always sealed when opened and grind coffee beans in small quantities, only for your daily use, as coffee beans can maintain their aroma and flavour in contrast with the ground coffee!
